What are my payment options?
Upon placing your order, you will make a 30% deposit. The balance is due on delivery. We accept checks and cash. SORRY NO credit cards.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping time varies according to our backlog. Sheds are a seasonal item with the spring being our peak season. You will be given a approximate date when you place your order.
What do I need to do for site preparation?
For the best foundation cut out 4"-6" of sod and fill it will 3/4" crushed stones.
Stone pad example
Do you install stone pads?
Yes, we can install stone pads at approximately $3.75 per square foot on level ground for a small sized pad. If the ground has a slope there will be additional fees. This price may vary, please contact us to confirm a price.
What are the delivery costs?
Delivery charges are calculated by the size of the structure, routes traveled, mileage, and permit fees. Contact Pequea for a shipping quote.
How will my shed be shipped?
Pequea will deliver your shed on our own truck with a custom dump trailer. Be sure to mention any obstacles that are blocking the delivery route.
 
  
If there is no access into my yard can I order it in kit form?
Yes! Customer is responsible to have a level site prepared. We will construct your shed on your location for 30% of the shed cost.
Do you have assembly instruction manuals with your kits?
No, we do not have assembly manuals at this time.
Do I need a building permit?
The customer needs to check with the local zoning officer to comply with local zoning codes and regulations.
