What are my payment options?
Upon placing your order, you will make a 30% deposit. The balance is due on delivery. We accept your payment by check or cash.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping time varies according to our backlog. Gazebos are a seasonal item with the spring being our peak season. You will be given an approximate date when you place your order.
What are the shipping costs?
Delivery charges are calculated by the size of the structure, routes traveled, mileage, and permit fees. Contact Pequea for a shipping quote.
How will my gazebo be shipped?
We use a customized dump trailer to deliver your gazebo. If you are unsure of the access to the location that you would like your gazebo, call and speak to one of our representatives.
What do I need to do for site preparation?
For the best foundation cut 4"-6" of sod and fill it will 3/4" crushed stones.
If there is no access into my yard can I order it in kit form?
Yes! Customer is responsible to have a level site prepared. Gazebos larger than 14' are only available in kit form.
Does Pequea install the kits?
We will install your kit if you are within a 200 mile radius from our office. Additional fees apply.
Do you have assembly instruction manuals with your kits?
At this time we do not have an instruction manual, however, we will be glad to assist you in any way that we can.
Do I need a building permit?
The customer needs to check with the local zoning officer to comply with local zoning codes and regulations.
